The Mallorquina chicken plays a prominent role in rural traditions and in the daily life of Mallorcan farms, where they are often raised in a traditional way in freedom. The conservation of this native breed is an active effort on the island.

This honey is characterised by its diversity of flavours and aromas, influenced by the island’s Mediterranean plants, such as rosemary, thyme and almond trees.
